Sterile Water is single-use and contains no preservatives; once a vial is opened or punctured, it must be used immediately. Bacteriostatic Water contains 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol, which acts as a preservative, allowing the vial to be used for multiple draws over a period of up to 28 days after opening.

Due to the sterile nature of our products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes of needles, syringes, or water. If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact support@needlesdirect.ca within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement immediately.
